Our story

Nada is a real estate banking, investing and finance platform on a mission to unlock a $26T market.

Nada started with a simple idea: unlocking a piece of real estate for everyone. We realized that there had to be a better way for homeowners to get access to home equity than simply paying more interest. A better way to own a piece of a city you love. So, we set on a mission to build out a platform that will let you do all that and more. 

We've reimagined the complicated transactional ownership model and fractionalized homeowner equity so that anyone can invest in real estate for as little as $250. Our platform is the first to offer banking, investing, and financial services built for real estate—all with an eye toward helping homeowners and investors alike realize their dreams.

Cityfunds I, LLC is a Delaware series limited liability company, formed to enable public investment in residential real estate properties in specific cities.
